Delete your Noaisis account

Noaisis is an application published by COREOD LTD. You can delete your account and the associated data without reinstalling the app.

01In the app

Profile › Settings › Privacy › "Delete my account and my data".

02By email

Write to privacy@coreod.ch from your account address, with the subject "Noaisis account deletion". We confirm deletion within one month at most.

03What is deleted

Your account and its email address, your access tier, your recorded consents, and the data linked to your account on our servers. Data stored on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.

04What may remain

The abuse-prevention record, if any, for its capped period; the content of your latest conversations with our AI processor, for up to 30 days (longer if its safety systems identified it or the law requires it); the link between the Apple transaction identifier and your account reference, erased on request.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription taken out with a store: cancel it from that store’s settings.
