Noaisis Founder Pass Refund Policy

Your Noaisis Founder Pass comes with a full money refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The €49 credit and the lifetime founder rate are benefits added on top of that right. They never replace it.
01Who sells the Founder Pass
The Noaisis Founder Pass is sold by COREOD LTD, a company incorporated in England under company number 16185144, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Payment is processed by Paddle, acting as the merchant of record. Paddle appears as such on your bank statement and on your receipt. 02What you are buying
The Founder Pass, at a one-time price of €49, is a reservation of early access to a future wellness application, Noaisis. It is not a subscription, and there is no later charge. The application is not open yet, and no firm launch date is guaranteed. The Pass reserves you a place among the first, a €49 credit kept on your future account, and a founder rate guaranteed over time.
03Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you purchase the Founder Pass. During this period, you may change your mind for any reason, or no reason, and obtain a full refund of the €49 you paid. The period starts on the day your payment is confirmed, since the Pass is a reservation rather than the immediate supply of consumable digital content. You do not need to give any reason.
04How to exercise your right
You can exercise your right of withdrawal in either of two ways: by writing to us at contact@coreod.ch, with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase of the Founder Pass (you may use the model form set out in section 7, though you are not required to); or by contacting Paddle support, the merchant of record that processed your payment, through the link on your receipt or at paddle.net. Simply include your name, the email address used at purchase, and the date of purchase, so we can locate your order quickly.
05Refund timing and method
Once we receive your request within the 14-day period, the full €49 refund is made without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days. The refund is issued using the same payment method you used to buy, through Paddle, at no cost to you. As Paddle is the merchant of record, Paddle executes the refund to your original payment method. How quickly it appears in your account then depends on your bank or card issuer.
06The credit and the founder rate are added benefits, not a substitute for a refund
To leave no room for doubt: the €49 credit kept on your future account and the lifetime founder rate are benefits you keep if you keep your Pass. They never replace your right to a money refund. If you exercise your withdrawal, you are refunded in money, plain and simple. You are not required to accept a credit or voucher instead of a refund. The credit and the founder rate apply only to founders who choose to keep their Pass beyond the withdrawal period.

08After the 14 days
Once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, the Founder Pass is no longer refundable in money, but you keep all its benefits: your founder's place, your €49 credit on your future account, and your lifetime founder rate. This does not limit any right that applicable law may otherwise grant you.
