Refund policy
Last updated: 12 July 2026
01The essentials
The Noaisis subscription is purchased as an in-app purchase through your Apple account. Apple therefore collects the payment and manages renewal, cancellation and refunds, under its own terms. This page explains how it all works, and how we can help.
02How the subscription works
Full access to Noaisis is based on an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price is displayed in the App Store and on the Apple payment sheet before any confirmation: no amount is charged without this prior display. The subscription renews automatically each month, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
03The 7-day free trial
You get 7 days free, once per Apple account. The App honestly shows you if the trial has already been used on your Apple account.
During the trial, you can cancel at any time without being charged, provided you do so at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. If your notifications are enabled, the app reminds you before the first charge. If you do not cancel, the subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial, at the price displayed when you subscribed.
04Cancelling your subscription
Your subscription is managed by Apple. On your iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Noaisis and choose Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and no partial refund is provided for a period already started, without prejudice to your statutory rights described below.
05Requesting a refund from Apple
Refunds for purchases made on the App Store are decided by Apple, under its terms. To make a request: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple account, select the Noaisis purchase and follow the steps. You can also use the App Store app or Apple Support.
Coreod does not hold your payment information and can neither issue nor refuse a refund in Apple's place. We can, however, guide you through the process (see section 10).
06Right of withdrawal (European Union and France)
If you reside in the European Union, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases of digital content and digital services. As the purchase transaction is concluded with Apple, this right is exercised with Apple, under the arrangements set out in the Apple Media Services terms: through reportaproblem.apple.com or the withdrawal form made available by Apple.
In practice, the 7-day free trial precedes any payment: if you cancel during the trial under the conditions of section 03, no amount is charged and there is nothing to refund. After a charge, the withdrawal or refund request is made to Apple, within the applicable time limits.
07Residents of Switzerland
Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for online purchases. You nevertheless have the same practical protections: the 7-day free trial before any payment, cancellation at any time up to 24 hours before renewal, and refund requests to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, which Apple reviews under its terms.
08Statutory guarantees
This policy does not limit any of your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, you benefit in particular from the statutory conformity guarantees applicable to digital content and digital services in your country of residence. In the event of a lack of conformity of the App, write to us at support@coreod.ch: we will handle your request in accordance with the applicable law.
09Other platforms
If the App is distributed on other platforms (for example Google Play), purchases made on those platforms will follow the refund rules of the relevant platform. This page will be updated accordingly.
10How we can help
A question about your subscription, your trial, or a charge you do not understand? Write to us at support@coreod.ch. We cannot decide a refund in Apple's place, but we will answer you, guide you step by step through the process, and make sure your situation is clear.
11Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the services, the distribution platforms or the applicable regulations. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with its update date.
